About the Doctor
After completing his bachelor's degree in chemistry at Indiana University Purdue University, Dr. Andrew Strong transferred to Case Western Reserve Medical School to pursue his medical education. After completing his internship in general surgery at the Cleveland Clinic, Dr. Andrew Strong completed his residency training in the same field at the Cleveland Clinic. Dr. Andrew Strong most recently received his fellowship in Advanced GI MIS Surgery, Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery from Duke University Medical Center's Surgery Program.
A member of the Department of Surgical Endoscopy and Anterior Bowel Surgery in the Department of General Surgery and the Institute of Bariatrics and Metabolic Surgery, Dr. Andrew Strong is one of the physicians board-certified by the American Board of Surgery.
