Darrell Cass served as Director of Fetal Surgery on Cleveland Clinic Main Campus, previously teaching in the Departments of Surgery, Pediatrics, and Obstetrics and Gynecology at Baylor School of Medicine. Dr. Darrell Cass has also served as Co-Founder and Co-Director of Texas Children's Fetal Center. This center is one of the 3 centers in the world that performs successful open fetal surgery in life-threatening fetal malformations.
Dr. Darrell Cass is a pediatric surgeon with special expertise in fetal therapies and surgical care and management of congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH), lung malformations (CCAM, CPAM, sequestration), esophageal atresia, ECMO, omphalocele, chest wall deformities.
