About the Doctor

Dr. Amit Bhatt studied medicine at the University of West Indies. Dr. Bhatt later completed his fellowship as a Urology Research Fellow at the Cleveland Clinic and later in endoscopy. He completed her internal medicine internship and internal medicine residency at Cleveland Clinic.

Dr. Amit Bhat's special interests are Advanced Endoscopy, Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection, Per Oral Endoscopic Myotomy, Endoscopic Mucosal Resection, Endoscopic Ultrasound, Endoscopic Retrograde Collagenopancreatography, Endoscopic Treatment of Early Esophageal and Stomach Cancer.

Dr. Bhatt has many awards and achievements. Dr. Bhatt was awarded the American College of Gastroenterology Hazard Champion in 2010, the American College of Gastroenterology Clinical Research Grant Award in 2012, and the American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy Cook Medical Don Wilson Award in 2013.
